Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

JG / T 396-2012
3.1
non-load bearing fiber-reinforced-cement sheet for exterior wall. Non-load bearing fiber-reinforced-cement sheet for exterior wall
Non-load-bearing panels for external walls made of cement or cement mixed with siliceous or calcite materials, with non-asbestos inorganic mineral fibers, organic synthetic fibers or cellulose fibers (excluding wood chips and steel fibers) as reinforcing materials alone or in combination.
3.2
fiber-reinforced-cement sheet without coating for exterior wall Fiber -reinforced-cement sheet without coating for exterior wall before use.
3.3
fiber-reinforced-cement sheet with coating for exterior wall. Fiber -reinforced-cement sheet with coating for exterior wall
Before use, the fiber-reinforced cement board is waterproof on six sides and coated with weatherproof paint.
4 Classification, specification and marking
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 According to surface processing treatment is divided into two categories:
a) Non-painted fiber-reinforced cement board for exterior wall, code W.
b) Coated fiber-reinforced cement board for exterior wall, code T.
4.1.2 According to the flexural strength of saturated water, it is divided into four grades: I, II, III and IV.

5 General Requirements
5.1 When fiber-reinforced cement board is delivered, it is appropriate to carry out six-sided waterproof treatment.
5.2 The plates produced by the factory can be painted or unpainted plates for external walls. The quality requirements and test standards of coatings shall be implemented in accordance with Appendix A.
5.3 Fiber-reinforced cement board used for physical and mechanical properties inspection shall not be subjected to waterproof treatment or coating treatment.
5.4 Requirements for non-load-bearing low-density (apparent density no less than 1.0 g/cm3 and no more than 1.2 g/cm3) fiber-reinforced cement boards for external walls are described in Appendix B.
6 Requirements
6.1 Appearance Quality
The positive surface should be flat, the edge is neat, there should be no cracks, delamination, peeling, drum and other defects.
6. 2 Allowable deviation of dimensions
6.2.1 Allowable deviation of nominal length and nominal width
