Golden Power(Fujian) Green Habitat Group Co.,Ltd participants in the drafting of JG/T 396-2012. It is about the test for the non-load bearing fiber cement board for exteior wall.
JG/T 396-2012 is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
JG/T 396-2012 uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO8336:2009 “fiber cement flat – product specifications and test methods”, and ISO8336:2009 the main technical differences are as follows:
A.The requirements of diagonal dimension tolerance, flatness, apparent density, water absorption and coating quality are increased.
B.Increased the humidity deformation, clearly defined as less than or equal to 0.07% modified the durability index, in ISO 8336:2009, the freeze resistance is unified 100 times, modified according to the climate zone: cold regions
100 times, 75 times in cold areas, 50 times in hot summer and cold winter areas, 25 times in hot summer and warm winter areas.
C.In ISO 8336:2009, the physical and mechanical properties of the coated plate can be inspected with coating, but the test results should indicate whether the coating inspection is included. Combined with the quality of domestic coating, it is clearly modified as follows: fiber reinforced cement board used for physical and mechanical properties inspection should not be waterproof treatment or coating treatment.
D.Water-saturated state bending strength greater than or equal to 4 MPa and lower mechanical performance requirements are deleted.
Fiber reinforced cement board tested for physical and mechanical properties should not be subjected to waterproofing or coating treatment.
Appendix B to JG/T 396-2012 uses the redrafting method not equivalent to JIS A 5422:2008 “Fiber-reinforced cement exterior wall panels”.
JG/T 396-2012 is proposed by the Standard Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
JG/T 396-2012 is centralized by the Technical Committee of Standardization of Building Products and Components of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
